O God, O Lord of Heaven and Earth.... Our fatal will to equal thee, our rebel will wrought death and night. We seized and used in prideful spite, thy wondrous gift of liberty. We housed us in this house of doom, where death royal scope and room, until Thy servant, Prince of Peace, breached all its walls for our release.

"The point is, since we know that man has perfectly valid reasons for seeking the highest return on his investment, or earning the highest wage, instead of wasting time on foolish and irrelevant lamentations regarding the greedy people in the world–a matter of moral philosophy rather than economics–we ought to employ human reason to learn how this perfectly moral desire for gain redounds to society’s benefit by ensuring that people produce what society urgently needs rather than more of something that society already enjoys in abundance. Stated this way, the profit-and-loss system of an economy based on the division of labor, an indispensable institution of civilized society, suddenly appears not only profoundly moral but actually obligatory, which is probably why opponents of capitalism never do state it this way."
In recent months, an informal debate on economics has been taking place over the Internet among Catholics. The question, simply put, has been whether the free market is or is not in conformi...

At one time Russia asked to join NATO, but was turned down.  Now, after sanctions have been placed upon Russia, the U.S. military is conducting drills 300 yards from the Russian border and the sanctions involve clearing transactions through SWIFT, it is only natural that these two combine.  We have literally driven Russia into the arms of China, a nation who is gobbling up the world's gold on their way to the newest reserve currency.

Will our government ever learn that invasion and occupation are not the solution, but rather the problem? No new status of forces agreement can change that basic fact. Share if you agree!
October 5, 2014 – This edition of the weekly column covers the real status of US forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Even after 13 years and no victory in Afghanistan, our government has agreed to keep military in that country through 2024. And the war in Iraq continues on a path with no end in sight. From the column:The Taliban government of 2001 in Afghanistan did not attack the United States. Al-Qaeda did. "What can we say about those who want to empower a global coterie of elites to make the decision about what technologies we can use and how much under the guise of controlling something so gigantically amorphous and difficult to measure, detect, and precisely manage as earth’s surface temperature?

This is a level of chutzpah that surpasses the wildest fantasies of any socialist planner."

The food is always very tasty, and the buffet is a great value! If you've never had Indian cuisine before you definitely need to come try what they have to offer. All of the food is authentic and is prepared using traditional methods. On Indian holidays they also have special fare that is normally not on the menu. There is a review on Google stating that they had very bad service on Valentine's Day: I was there that night, and yes: the service was lacking its normal professionalism. I don't think they were prepared for every single table in the restaurant to be full, and there were some part time people filling in that really weren't experienced enough for a night like that. That sort of service was definitely out of the ordinary for India Palace! But this is the exception, not the rule. On a normal day the service is quite adequate and the food is always very good. My wife and all of my children love coming here regularly.

Pretty good selection and a very nice store. But, be sure to call before you come looking for a book that their website lists as "in stock" at this location. We came here looking for a book that B&N claimed was on stock here, and after searching for it for 20 minutes they finally located it in the "customer hold" section, and would still be there for several days. So, we were unable to purchase this last copy of the book and made a trip here for nothing based on this.

The food was quite good. I had the Cashew Chicken, medium spice. Everything was cooked and mixed well. However, like many Thai restaurants, the service needs help! They were very polite and nice to work with, but the servers were incredibly overloaded, and had a hard time keeping up with so many simple tasks at once. Expect to spend over an hour at dinner time, even if eating alone as I was.

I've always loved this place, since I first discovered it in the late 90s! They've always had the best selection of the latest and coolest RPG and card games, as well as many other related collectibles and accessories. There has always been a large, active community of customers who regularly show up at Paradox for game sessions and tournaments. Also, most of the staff are good customers and committed players as well! This makes for the perfect place to go for gaming!

Excellent Mexican cuisine! If you like Acapulco, you'll like these guys too! The salsa is most excellent. The nachos taste great, as do the tacos. Also: the kids menu is HUGE, the helpings are very generous and the price is more than fair. Check out their all-you-can-eat tacos on Tuesday!
