This was the original name for my company website before the rebranding to srqhelpdesk. The site is still up, and being used for personal development and testing of various web applications.

Information Technology Specialist, 2014 - 2015
Administrator for Windows and Linux servers, PBX phone and voicemail system, network and security monitoring equipment, and end-user support for Windows and Mac client workstations. Performed daily and weekly hard drive and tape backups and setup and maintained user accounts in Active Directory and an on-premise software application which runs in Linux. I assisted in the maintenance, user experience improvements, and updates for the Logistics Management System, and acted as a liaison with outside software developers and vendors.
I also setup email and cellular accounts, cloud-based software, maintained printers and licensing, and worked on projects and ways to improving workflows. Ordered, provided specifications for, and purchased company computer equipment and assets assigned to employees.
IT Helpdesk Technician, 2007 - 2014
Provided support to internal employees supporting hardware and software on Mac and Windows platforms. Setup workstations, user accounts, and upgraded, repaired, and maintained client desktops and laptops. Supported and trained staff both in-house and in the field via email and remote desktop assistance. Managed Cisco Unified Communications Manager VoIP phones, voicemail, call groups and forwarding.
