I'm looking for some advice on how to best keep my cellar inventory up to date. I use Cellar Tracker, but I find that while it's easy enough to add bottles to my collection it takes some discipline to remove them (much less rate them).

I've done a couple of "audits" of my collection to bring it back up to date. But that's just time consuming.

I'd love to hear how others either remember or what software can be used to help this problem.

Hi all,

Here's an OPML Import tool Add-on I've created for Google Docs. To get it and test: open the attached document and make a copy of it for your self. Then follow the instructions in the document.

If you have a need to get your Workflowy lists into a document, this may do the trick.

It's still beta and I'd love some feedback. Thanks.

What Is The Smart Cellar. What if you could add a bottle to your cellar ... without making notes? What if you could find a bottle to your cellar ... by asking where it is? What if you could get wine suggestions ... from your cellar? What if you could move bottles around your cellar ... and still ...

Hi Workflowy Users.

The OPML Tool is now published in the Google Docs Add-Ons market. It's currently unlisted, waiting for final approval. But it is published and is available using the link below.

This tool allows you to take your Workflowy lists to Google Docs using OPML. The general process is:
 1. Hover over the bullet of the top level entry of the list you want to export.
 2. Click Export in the context menu that appears.
 3. Click the OPML radio button in the dialog
 4. Press ctrl+c to copy the OPML version of your list
 5. Create a new Google Doc (or open an existing document)
 6. Select OPML Tool from the Add-ons menu
 7. Click Render OPML
 8. Paste the OPML version of your list in the tool
 9. Click Render & Append
 10. Your list is now in your Document.

Hope this is useful to people. Would love to hear your feedback.

RYAN HOLMES: All too often, startups eager to build brand awareness reflexively pour money into marketing. Resources desperately needed for product development or additional staff are instead diverted to high-priced campaigns to attract new users and reel in leads. As we discovered, however, there are often more effective -- and far less expensive -- ways to get the word out. For starters, freemium economics radically reduces the need for traditi...

Convenient location, close to freeway without being right next to it. Rooms are quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great park and pathway across the street, perfect for walking the kids and dog.

Good family restaurant. Pizza is typically quite good but a bit on the pricy side.
