COMMAND ATTENTION WITH YOUR REAL ESTATE POSTING TITLES

Experts say that on average eight out of every ten people will read your posting titles but only two out of every ten will actually read through the rest of the post. This is why your posting titles are so important and need to be very powerful and engaging. They are not only the first thing your audience will see it also directly affects the effectiveness of your entire post. Your posting titles should be magnets designed to drive people to your blog and encourage them to read on further.
 
1.)    Let The Reader Know What The Piece Is About: It is important that through your posting titles you let the reader know what the piece is about. For a reader to click through to your article and actually read it they must know what they can expect to find if they read on further.

2.)    Explain What The Piece Offers The Reader: It is also very important that you engage the reader by explaining to them what the article has to offer them. For example try designing your titles to inform your reader why they should care or how reading on will benefit them.

3.)    Be Honest And Straightforward: Even though it is important to be creative with your posting titles it is just as important to be honest and straightforward with them at the same time. Your posting titles should properly sell your article and quickly summaries what they will find if they read on further.

4.)    Utilize A Hook But Keep It Short And Sweet: It is important to design a short hook into your posting titles and don’t try and mislead your reader. Try and design fun and snappy posting titles that are intriguing and interesting to wet the appetite of your readers. Keep them short and between 8 to 10 words to be most effective.

5.)    Compel Your Reader To Take Action: It is also important to make your posting title actionable and compel your readers to take action and read on further through the article. If you can’t compel your readers to read on your post won’t be effective and may not last very long.
