Part of the European leadership team, I have been working on the development of thinking and new business for both the technology and digital practices across the EMEA network. I was responsible for positioning Edelman at the cutting edge of thinking in terms of the technology and digital industries.
I handled three roles:
- Growth of the Digital practice: Developing Edelman’s digital offer in EMEA, making sure that our clients from all sectors were able to benefit from our unmatched expertise in online engagement. This included identifying and recruiting the right talents, creating the conditions of cross communication between the teams and planning and implementing creative approaches.
- Client servicing: Managing teams working on global clients, collaboration with the global heads of PR and C-level leaders on the strategy, making sure that the PR strategy defined centrally was correctly implemented locally and ensuring that every local team was delivering a service within the highest quality standards.
- Evangelism: industry intelligence to identify the emerging trends, creation of presentations and speeches to position Edelman at the forefront of the innovation.

I have created RUMEUR PUBLIQUE from scratch and grew the business to make it one of the most successful and innovative PR agencies in France. Under my leadership, the agency has been awarded twice “Best PR agency of the Year” (2000 and 2003). We also won a SABRE award in 2005 for the “Best initiative of an agency in Europe” for the Indian Touch campaign.
I was responsible for defining the agency’s strategy, recruiting the best talents, developing the client portfolio, establishing strategic partnerships worldwide and managing the teams on a day to day basis.
