Hi +David Kutcher Yes, I've seen that, thank you. There's quite a lot of posts around UTM recently - I noticed GA Blog promoting another Google Sheet solution at http://analytics.blogspot.com/2016/05/efficient-campaign-tagging.html, and a beta version that might incorporate some UTM administration into standard GA admin at http://gotgroove.com/ecommerce-blog/analysis-strategy/new-url-feature-google-analytics/.

Interesting approach for assessing the value of a page in Google Analytics. It slighty extends the session-based built-in Page-Value concept of GA (which isn't mentioned) into a user-based model that takes advantage of user-based conversion segments, thus taking into account the whole page history of a converter during his cookie lifetime. #analytics
Google Analytics provides only partial measures of a page’s effect on conversions, but some quick analysis can help us fill in the gaps.
