Begging for the Beautiful
Sooo I really did mean to post again last month! I wrote a poem and everything and then... it was May? April was full of fun/overwhelmingly busy and my writing has suffered for it. Does that ever happen to you? You fall too far away from your creative self ...

It's Pi Day! Celebrate by writing (or if you're really brave, speaking) in Pilish! Don't know what Pilish is? (neither did I)

I might run this program on my WIP to see if I've ever done it on accident...

Will people really be ready to sync their heads with computers in 5 years? I'm not so sure... still, these predictions are really cool. #ibm5in5

Heartbreaking Quiet
Well, it's been awhile since I've posted. Again. I feel like every time I post on here, I'm apologizing for that. But I've been hard at work writing book-shaped things, so I've chosen to let this blog thing fall by the wayside. I've gone back and forth on w...

Is SOPA actually a threat to our freedom? Or is the real threat something else entirely?

This is so cool... and so insane.
For many people, getting a tattoo is a way of expressing culture, membership or rebellion. In the near future, tattoos may be used to communicate, entertain and help us heal. Scientists at the Univers...

We worked with Miki Kadric as our sales person, and then Adam Sanchez in finance. Miki was very friendly, but about what you might expect with a car salesman, a little fast-talking and pushy. But Adam was FANTASTIC. We left there feeling so great about our purchase. He was friendly and willing to explain and walk us through everything (this was our first car purchase) even though it was pretty late on a Saturday night. I didn't feel like he was trying to slide little extras into our contract, like you hear about at so many dealerships. We shopped around quite a bit before we eventually decided on a car, and never before had we come across with anyone as genuine as Adam in this industry. It really left us with a good feeling, like we had made the right (and SMART) decision. Thanks again, Adam!
