Funny...after many, many years, I just watched that movie again on Sunday night. It still holds up - only now, what he was trying to do resonates with me on a much deeper level. 
Agreed, +Christina DesMarais. And then several scenes later, he's drunk in Renée Zellweger' house and, seeing the fish again on her mantle, he says "we meet again." Classic.
Just goes to show that if you take care of your customers, generally things will go well.

It's when you start sacrificing the customers in pursuit of a quick buck that you see problems develop.
