Please don't say you have an allergy if you truly do not. The restaurant industry is becoming numb to requests and people are dying due to it.
Parents of a teen who died from an allergic reaction sue a restaurant that said its pancakes were dairy-free.

About five years I went on a “guided” day trip to Rovinj. It was pouring, cold, and the guide basically left us to do our own thing without even making recommendations of what to see. Since I thought I was going on a guided tour, I didn’t do any research and ended up aimlessly wandering [...]

A Scottish-Italian-American who loves cooking, baking and (cr)eating!
Introduction
I'm 100% Italian, but was born in Scotland and live in California...so I make everything ranging from Bruschetta to Sticky Toffee Pudding to Spicy Soba Noodles & Chicken. I believe natural, simple and unprocessed ingredients are the best, but in some cases "everything in moderation" is not justified, but necessary (i.e. sweets!) If you like what you see, please join my site, follow me here, on Facebook and/or Twitter: I'll be forever grateful! Grazie and Cheers!

One star simply because of the outrageously poor internet (non-existent wifi), and to add to it, my phone didn't work! How can this be possible at a business hotel? When I was speaking to the manager about the fact that incoming calls were being redirected to voicemail after half a ring, and the message button was constantly blinking (but when I checked, there never were any messages) the line was disconnected! When he tried to call me back, it went directly to voicemail! I was unable to access the internet for business which caused massive problems and basically received no help from the hotel. In fact, the manager admitted they have problems, and that is an understatement. If you need wifi to work and are counting on it from your hotel, do not book in here.
