I don't know about you, but I have been guilty of thinking about the things I didn't want in life - a job I hated, a dead-end career - instead of focusing on what I did want.
Once I decided on specific things that I wanted in life (particularly in the next 5 years), I wrote them down - not sure how I would ever accomplish them - and they became my 5-year goals.
What I realized after seeing almost all of them accomplished in 3 years was that I had been living the opposite of a life of faith - if I couldn't see it or at least figure out how it was possible, I didn't truly believe that it was possible.
Hebrews 11:6 says that without faith it is impossible to please God.
I interpret it like this: if I want to please God, I need to believe in something that I can’t figure out how it will happen.
Check out the article below to see why I truly believe in writing down goals, working hard and having faith that they will come to pass.
But if you dream of being able to break out of the daily 9-5 routine and follow your dreams, then I think this might help.
In this article I share the 6 steps I took to transition from a dead-end job in corporate America, to running a business of my dreams for the last 7 years.
Helping Christians Get out of Debt so they have more to give!
To put it simply, I don’t think that God put us on this earth to amass wheelbarrows full of cash to bathe ourselves in. I believe there is a much better and higher purpose for our money: to build God’s Kingdom and help others. How to fulfill the mission
In order to give money, you obviously have to have money. This is where this site comes in. My goal is to make it a resource for Christians to get practical tips, biblical revelation, and wisdom about how to handle our personal finances.
Whether that means advice, tips, tools, scriptures, or instructions on making a budget, getting out of debt, ways to make extra money, ways to save money, investing or anything else, I intend to provide it.
Bottom line, I want to be the best steward of what I have been given, and I want you to be too! With God’s help we can master our finances and become the good stewards that we are called to be. Let’s do it together so we can hear the Master say, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
