I feel like this photo sums up my entire experience on THE SELECTION. Whatever the outcome in the last two episodes, hang on or not, I will always have these men to lean on for the rest of my life. It's a small taste of the brotherhood you hear about between real soldiers, and something EVERY single person should experience at least once in their life. Changes life perspective.

✔️ Have you set your 2017 event & training goals, yet? At 46 years old, I'm turning up the heat this year. Join me?
2016 was a year of event successes. And that’s great if you’re a normal, well-adjusted athlete. I’m not a normal, well-adjusted athlete. Too much success and I start to get lazy. Too much success and I start questioning the depth of the challenges. Too much success and I start looking for something greater, bigger, nastier, gnarlier. Something …

Bam! Just in time for the holidays. Super high-quality sweats that, like our shirts, will be the most comfortable sweats you own. We promise. Because quality means more to us than profit, and people don't wear lame gear. #liveforaliving https://www.liveforaliving.com/shop/live-for-a-living-sweat-pants-limited-edition
There are sweat pants, and then there are super high-quality, uber-soft, big-pocket, drawstring, Live for a Living sweat pants. Like all of gear, we sacrifice profit for the reputation of quality. Guaranteed to be your favorite and most comfortable sweats.

I guess my video bio had to eventually drop, too, right? ...everybody else was so dressed up. I kinda flailed rockin' the tank top :) but, my excuse is Nicaragua. Limited clothing in the jungle. #theselection

As we roll into 2017, website owners continue to be confused by search engine marketing. Check this and get current: http://ow.ly/Gi4r307wTjC

When it comes to LIVE FOR A LIVING gear, there is always a common theme you can count on - cool, comfortable, and quality - We would never sell anything we wouldn't wear ourselves. These are embroidered, not "iron-on," and like our t-shirts, our hats are the most comfortable hats available, anywhere. We promise.

You asked for v-necks. Here they are. Beautiful, super-soft and comfy v-necks in both men's and women's sizes. That's right ladies, fitted for your parts, while our men's shirts are fitted for, well, man stuff. Same incredible quality as always, and expected to be your favorite go-to t-shirt.

I really do not like the way car rental companies work. Huge hidden fees, unspoken deposits, etc etc., but this transaction was both affordable (saying something for Hertz) and the process easy and straight-forward. The car was fine, and was an upgrade from what I originally reserved. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in the customer service guys weren't exactly friendly. I felt like I was bothering them when I asked questions, but because of the odd fees and deposits, I didn't want to be erroneously charged.

I like CrossFit Tipping Point because its a great place for those new to CrossFit to get quality instruction in a smaller class size environment. The current staff at CFTP are really good beginners, and focus on securing solid fundamentals, before throwing trainees into full-blown WODs. See ya there!

I love this little place. The breakfast special is less than $6 and offers 2 eggs, choice of meat, choice of grits/home fries, and toast or biscuit. It's a prefect breakfast and the service is usually fast and friendly. I love it, and am glad we have a li'l place like this in Peachtree Corners.

These guys had affiliated properly, but never actually opened up. Instead, a group of athletes train together using the CrossFit WOD and have a really nice home gym in the Peachtree Corners area of Norcross. If you want a box, check out CrossFit Atlanta, but if you are looking for a cool group of Crossfitters to train with, check out these dudes - no fee - which earns the high marks from me.

I'm a little ashamed to like The Forum so much because the vast sea of Lexus, BMW and Mercedes vehicles littering the smashed-in full parking lot is my visual representation of Hell; but I do like it. Plenty of excellent restaurants from affordable options like Jason's Deli, La Parrilla and Chipolte, to more pricey, but quality eateries like Aomi, Grace 17:20, and Thai Spice. I'm sorry, but the Ted's at the Forum is the worst Ted's ever. I have lived there 7 years, and it never gets better. Bad service, poor food preparation, to-go errors every single time, rude host(s)... but that's not the Forum's fault. Love that it's right by my house, too. A little sliver of unrealistic living in the 'burbs, but I dig it.

We go to Athens for the hoppin' downtown, and the fun surrounding the University of Georgia - be it sporting events, day classes or just spending time around the buzz of the campus. Having the UGA Hotel right on campus is key for the entire experience. Rooms are modern, and the hotel multiple restaurants and provides access to a ton of the UGA facilities around campus. It's AWESOME!

We visited the Baddour Center as a group in April 2009. From the moment we entered the grounds, to the time we drove away, the positive and friendly vibe was clear. Residents appear happy and eager to meet visitors. Residents appear busy as they work away in meaningful jobs such as garden maintenance, and custom packaging services. They have top-notch exercise facilities, beautiful and functional living environments and staff that is second to none. I can't wait to go back and visit the wonderful residents, and staff, at the Baddour Center.
