Forte de ce constat, l'entreprise commence par recruter en interne des jeunes sur la base du volontariat, puis à les former à la pédagogie et aux contenus qu'elle souhaite transmettre à tous. Cette transmission a lieu sous deux formes : des échanges en binômes ou des minisessions de formation d'une dizaine de personnes maximum, toutes volontaires, elles aussi. #mentorat   #transfodigitale
