It may be inconvenient, but it is worth your time to go directly to an Apple store and avoid this Simply Mac store at all costs. After several hours working with a Senior Adviser at Apple Care, it was determined that my computer needed a new hard drive. It took over 5 days for them to even boot it up and tell me what I already know. Then it took another 6 days to get the new HD replaced. It would have never taken this long had I gone directly to the Apple Store, but I was trying to avoid having to lug a 27" iMac into the mall. I won't even go into the lack of customer service that's going on at this store. No personal communication whatsoever beyond emails. I guess they figure they have a captive audience in PTC that doesn't want to be inconvenienced to drive up to Atlanta.

My normal service advisor, Jim Pierce, was on vacation, and Preston Smith filled in like a champ! My first encounter with him was on Monday when my A/C would not blow cold air. After the car had been shut off and turned back on, the A/C was working. We chalked it up to something weird, and I was on my way. Fast forward to Wednesday when I realized I had a dead battery. I called service and got Preston by chance, and he told me to bring the car in and they would check it out. He set me up with a car from Enterprise so I could get to work because I had a lot I had to get done that day. Luckily, all I needed was a new battery, and I had them do an oil change, as well, since it was due. I would not hesitate to set up a service appointment with Preston again if Jim is out of town. Thanks again, Preston, for taking such good care of me in Jim's absence.

I first called David on a recommendation from someone in my neighborhood a few years ago. He has been "my plumber" ever since! Nothing has ever been an emergency until today when a pipe burst from the cold snap we've been having. Even though we have had snow and ice, it was warm enough today that he was able to make it out of his driveway, and he made his way to my house to fix the leak. Luckily we found it quickly and it was an easy fix without any damage inside the house! I was ready to be without water for at least a day, but I am so thankful he was able to get it fixed today! It's nice to know that in the worst situation, he made my call a priority. Thank you!!
