So excited to be seeing all the progress being made with the hyperloop! Building out this network all over the country would be incredibly huge. To be able to live in one city and work in another. Or, if your job has multiple locations, to be able to quickly travel between location.

I'm in Las Vegas but we have another office in LA. It'd be cool to be able to hop on the hyperloop and quickly travel to LA for a meeting or to work with the other part of our team for a few hours, then take the hyperloop back to Las Vegas when it's time to go home.

For people who are job searching this also expands their options. When I was between jobs I found so many job listings that looked perfect for me but were in nearby cities, but moving is not an option right now.

And their plan to make travel FREE for passengers is incredible. Selling the surplus of energy produced by it back to the city a station is built in.
Work is set to begin on the world's first Hyperloop, a high-speed transport network by Elon Musk that is billed as the "closest thing to teletransportation"

The other day I was walking out of work and these two dudes driving by in a jeep shouted "faggot" and tried to spit on me. They missed, of course, but wtf?

It's 2016, that's like driving by someone and shouting, "You like the color orange!" ....I don't but if I did, so fucking what?

It amazes me that there are STILL people like this out there.

I bet they're voting for Trump.

Funny, I was just reading an article about how that sort of thing seems to be on the rise as a result of this election, particularly among children:

This sounds awesome! I'd gladly move to it! Creating a self-sustained living environment in space is the first step to colonizing it. They'd also need to solve the anti-gravity situation, so we still have the ability to walk when we get to our destination 3 generations later. And to avoid a WALL-E type of thing.
A team of scientists, lawyers, philosophers, and entrepreneurs have joined forces in the hopes of establishing the world’s first independent “space nation”

A bullet-proof coffee tumbler that keeps ice cold for 72 hours and hot drinks warm for 24 hours?? I want this! I HATE IT when people shoot my coffee tumbler and get bullets in it.

The dude in the video must also have a bulletproof immune system, if he's drinking water straight from the stream.

These are incredible.
Portuguese street artist Sergio Odeith creates anamorphic 3D graffiti art that, from a certain angle, looks like it’s floating in mid-air. His work has been showcased at the Museum of Public Art (Louisiana), Brazilian Museum for Sculpture (São Paulo) and Meeting of Styles (Alemanha), to name a few. Odeith has also created large scale murals for enterprises […]

I don’t circle people with empty profiles. If I can’t get an idea of who you are or what you’re interested in, I can not place you into a circle.

If you are not in my circles but you are notifying me of your posts, you will be blocked.

I really only have six circles you could end up in

Gallifrey (for Doctor Who fans)
Spoilers (for Doctor Who fans who watch new episodes as they air)
Droidz (for Android users)
VIP (for my favorite people who post the best stuff)
VVIP (for my most favorite people whose posts I want a notification for)
Acquaintances (for everyone else)

….I’m working on being a bit more specific because that acquaintances circle is quite large.

I have no interest in “drama” or conflict. If you are disrespectful I’ll uncircle you or end up blocking you because I don’t care to see that again. Debates are fine but when it feels hostile I'll probably just remove/block you. There are more important things to give my attention to.

I like randomness. If I say something that doesn’t make sense, it probably wasn’t supposed to.

(you may not want to circle me if these things are important to you since you may not like my opinions of them and I really don't care to hear you complain about my opinions of these things)

Food was fantastic! I ordered a steak shawarma wrap and have already planned on going back tomorrow. I will definitely be going here more often. I only wish they had a bigger place. It was pretty cramped in there.

I've been going here for a couple of years now and the doctors have always been very friendly and helpful. For my first two or three visits I had two of the male doctors but then I was moved to Dr. Linda Rosenberg and she's been my doctor for several months. She is very friendly, informative and comfortable to talk to. They are very good with calling and reminding you about your appointments but if you need to get lab work done make sure they mail you the forms you're supposed to take with you. I've had two visits that have required lab work to be done before my visit and they have forgotten to send me my paperwork for labs. Not a big deal, I've just had to reschedule my follow-up appointment so I can make sure and have my labs done two weeks prior.

Eh, it was ok. We got calzones, they were kind of bland and most of it was just bread, not enough room for much filling. We got delivery (took about 45 minutes, though they aren't that far away). They forgot our garlic bread but I called them and they delivered it pretty quickly. I'd probably order from them again to try their pizzas. So this review may not be a final one from me.
