I was in the newspaper once.
Better than Tsunami. Itto has sushi for all types of sushi lovers. The popular rolls definitely cater towards those who want sushi but who are afraid of a fish flavor. The atmosphere is awesome. The waitresses wear Japanese kimonos and communicate with the sushi chefs in Japanese. Overall, I think they try to make it a unique cultural experience and I think they do it well (considering this is in Midvale, Utah)!
