Created system using LabView and MATLAB to run custom on-the-fly visual and audio stimuli for many classical behavioral tasks for head-fixed mice, allowing for brain imaging. Features included GUI for researcher variable inputs, multiple hardware input devices for mouse (TTL), eye-tracking, reward delivery via solenoid and actuators, on and offline data-analysis, sub-millisecond performance, synch over multiple clocks etc
Tasks: Free Viewing, Go No Go, Forced Choice/Alternative Forced Choice, Discrimination, Classification, Staircase Protocols, Bayesian Probability Tasks, etc
