Holy shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!
$149 for a refurb 2013 Nexus 7 LTE?  That is crazy.
My wifi version is still going STRONG, and i bought it shortly after launch.  It has not only been my most/only trouble-free Nexus product, but the most trouble-free android device I've had.  I've never rooted it, never forced an update.  Everything has always worked, and it still runs very well today.
If i HAD a reason to replace it, I'd just get this LTE version.

I got a new lens a few days ago, took a while to come in from Hong Kong.  It's the Zonlai 25mm f1.8 "Discover" lens, in E-Mount.  It's small, almost a pancake.  Manual focus and aperture, and no click stops on the aperture.
Unfortunately, the aperture ring is out near the front of the lens, and the focus is closer to the base.  Due to the design of the lens, it's not intuitive at all to quickly grab and focus it.
On the other hand, it takes beautiful pictures, and it was dirt cheap.
I posted some thoughts and pictures on the Fred Miranda photography forum here:

EDIT- I bought one, was $125 shipped from HK.The ergos are terrible. No clicks on aperture, and it's difficult to focus without grabbing some oth...

Awesome AL beer.  This borders on "too much" for me.  ~100 IBU.  ~10% ABV (9.3 this year, i'm pretty sure it was 10 last year).  5 hop varieties.  It hides the alcohol (mostly) by just being a big, flavorful blend of malt and hops.

I can't get over Sierra Nevada's Tropical IPA. This is so good. It goes basically everything I want in a beer.

Thats the cool part of being around these days they make tons of semi craft beers to try. I almost can't drink lager anymore. Stone IPAs are also good. I'll have to check out the hop drop.

Literally 2 minutes after getting in the car and starting DCFC's "Stability", Wyatt was out. Poor boy is beat. I will admit, it is a sleepy song!

Some pictures from the previously mentioned Zonlai 25mm f1.8 lens.
This was all with my Sony A6000, and most of these are straight out of camera.

Wyatt is delirious and we are laying on the couch watching Futurama.
He just said the following about Leela:  "go you weird paper-towel butt.  stupid paper-towel.  beetle."

I've been into photography since I was a child, and going to all these great places has been a wonderful experience, allowing me to capture countless memories on film and digital.
I used to upload massive amounts of images to flickr, but have recently moved ENTIRELY to Google+ Photos (since it's incredible).

I'm into indie, rock, emo, alternative and electronic, including:
Cold War Kids, Mono, The Decemberists, Mono, Ratatat, Okkervil River, The Album Leaf, Phoenix, Flashlight Fiction, Gregor Samsa, Refused, Cursive, The National, Explosions In The Sky, This Will Destroy You.

I generally love movies by Luc Besson, Wes Anderson, Christopher Nolan, and Guy Ritchie.
Especially if Gary Oldman is involved.

I mentioned I am into photography.
Well, I LOVE photography.  I've been shooting most my life at this point, and can't get enough of it.  I have covered high school sports for newspapers, I've been featured in the Air Force/Army Times.  I have also shot some weddings, and would like to get back into it.

Ate here when I was staying at the Hardy Barracks for a few days in 2010. Great ramen, although not mind-blowing. Really cool cozy little shop, seems like it's been here for a while. Would like to try it again someday.

This place is awesome, wish I would've found it sooner. Great selection, good prices on most stuff. Their beer selection, in particular, is better than any of the other chain stores in town. Their seafood and meat market counter is really good too- good selection and good prices. I will be returning.

Nice selection of... Sushi, big surprise. Mostly rolls but some nigiri and sashimi also. They also have bento boxes and rice bowls. Gets busy at lunch time, don't be late!

This is one of the bigger rei stores I've been to. Very helpful staff, which is the norm. I recently came here for my first rei garage sale, and it was complete calamity.

Easily the best donuts and kolaches I've had in town, if not the state. Ever since I left Texas I've been looking for good kolaches-here they are! Get here early, because things sell out fast!
