What are the downsides to this idea? I'm hard pressed to find them. Associate degrees should have a lower income tax than BA's, and so on. This would open doors for many.

The federal government, along with the states that collect income tax, have pretty good implementations of those systems, too. Their governments operate far more effectively than ours for having the flexibility to legislatively move money around. Washington's extreme reliance on silos of local money raised for particular purposes or agencies is brain damage, not success.

INTJ here.  I used to date an ENTJ, and I just had to laugh as well at the attempt to use "small talk" to try to communicate with us.  Ask us about what we think and we will talk your ear off.  Ask us how we felt about something and you might get an answer, but it will just take a while to process sufficiently to come out in a string of words that might encompass 80% of what we really mean.

Hilltop Link: Examining the J St Couplet (B2)
Two options for Hilltop Streetcar alignments: B1 or B2 There are two options presented by Sound Transit, B1 and B2.  The B1 option is pretty self-explanatory.  It would include double track along Division Avenue, turn on MLK Jr Way and terminate at S. 19th ...

Wow. I hadn't thought of it this way before. Oddly specific requirements aren't about finding the "unicorn", they're about collecting a specific person to hire while filtering out other people who are just as qualified.

Will Tacoma Link extension end at 6th Ave, 11th, or 19th?

Run through ST's own numbers on the fare proposal, and you'll see that it doesn't make much sense before we get an extension.

Waited a long time for service. Water only refilled once as we were about to leave. Food delivered was wrong. Atmosphere was tarnished by presence of televisions with sports on them. Decor and configuration of space made the place feel uncomfortable. Just not a good value in comparison with their other locations.

We had some really good pizza here, but we had a bad experience with one table of drunk women who sat next to our booth who were hitting on a few of us at our table.

Great atmosphere, burgers, and fries. Nice addition to Tacoma's Stadium District. Good prices and very tasty shakes. Will definitely come back.

Ordered the fajitas, which were delivered piping hot with a very hot plate of rice and beans, guacamole, pico, and sour cream. Good value - easily fed two people, plus a basket of chips and some pleasantly spicy salsa. Decor has a wacky color scheme, but most people there are staring at their phones anyway so you don't notice. Service was so-so: I only got my water refilled once, and I tend to go through a lot of water at restaurants. All of that being said, I will still be back for lunch at this spot in the future.
