Hanging out at Soggy Dollar Bar after sailing to Anegada Island yesterday and back again today. Since my philosophy is that if you are in a boat and headed somewhere, you may as well have a line in the water, we trolled using some frozen pre-rigged Ballyhoo along the way. We hooked 5 fish and boated 4. Two Tunny, and two Barracuda. One of the Tunny is dinner tonight. :-)

Wow now that is one of the cooler videos I've seen this year.

Okay, this is a perspective you don't see everyday.  Very nice footage.

Obama applying Hanlon's Razor to explain govt. screwups, as if the cause even matters. Its the effect that counts!

What's interesting is that the president felt compelled to argue that the federal behemoth's minions are stupid rather than malicious, when all he'd been asked is if they could expect regular paychecks.
Speaking at a town hall in Minneapolis, Minnesota, President Barack Obama defended, sort of, government employes who have been embroiled in a series of

Just spent about 15 minutes messing around in +WeVideo and made this gem.  Pretty cool video editing tool for ChromeOs.

I've been very happy with the beer-wine combinations I've tasted, but this is ..  a bit odd.

At what point are we going to decide that enough is enough?

What in the actual fuck.

That's right: Officers threw a flashbang grenade in my son's crib -- and left a hole in his chest. It gets worse

Great food and beer selection. Really enjoyed the Jalapeño polish sausage and the Chicharones.

Came in on Sunday evening. Out of spicy chicken. Out of green beans. Took 20 minutes to bring out the pies we ordered after promising them in 8, and then they only brought 3 out of the 4 we ordered. Overall a very poorly managed franchise location.

Had brunch here with the wife and kids. Ambiance is nice, and I had an above average cocktail. Service was also very good. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. French toast was bland. Biscuits and gravy wasn't anything special and the biscuits were clearly precooked and frozen because they were cold in the middle. (Though they fixed it promptly when I pointed it out) Overall a resounding "Meh". Cheaper than similar restaurants nearby like 'Seed' but you get what you pay for.

Assiette de Merguez and flat iron steak with fries were both very tasty and reasonably priced. Ambience was cool. Would definitely come again.
