So this is happening in Japan, and it's way more bad-ass than planking.

"There is a massive internet photo trend brewing amongst youths in Japan right now that involves taking pictures of teens who appear to be releasing invisible energy that sends their peers flying. The photo mania is especially popular amongst schoolgirls who started the trend by uploading images on Twitter and labeling them as "Makankosappo", a reference to a special attack in the popular manga-turned-anime Dragon Ball series."

John McAfee has officially replaced Larry Ellison as my favorite bat-shit crazy, billionaire tech company overlord.

Not sure what you'd do with a billion dollars?  Worth a read.  This guy is awesome.  The story just gets better and better.

These guys have saved me twice - once with a part I needed for a dishwasher, once for a failed heating element on a dryer. They always have the part I need in stock.

Wow. Tried for the first time, didn't disappoint. The food here is fantastic. The menu is most definitely not limited to standard Mexican restaurant items. After reading reviews, I opted for the poblano soup and a chili relleno. Both were terrific. Definitely will be back.

As it turns out, square pegs DO fit in round holes. You just need patience and a miter saw. Kyle's glass did a killer job fitting square windows into my round wall. Couldn't recommend these guys more. Check out the cuts! Kyle and Sean did an amazing job transforming our house. Super happy with their work - they do a great job, and are easy to work with. We bought a 1960 Ranch house with old broken windows. They took out all our old windows, re-framed the wall, and replaced with sliding glass doors. Recommend 100%

The name of the shop is Lu's Japanese Car Specialists - I just submitted an update to Google. I've been coming to Lu for service on my Subaru Forester for over 6 years. It's a small shop, and Lu is in charge, so expect personal service and no frills. Lu will greet you and quote the job, then go back to fixing cars and running the shop. Don't expect a fancy waiting room with a pretty receptionist offering you coffee. You'll get some comfortable couches and some magazines, and good work to go with it. Belt changes, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, he's done quite a bit of maintenance and repair work on my car. I have been very happy with his work. This is my go to shop in San Marcos. The service is fast, the pricing is fair, and I've never had to go back for rework. He almost always is done with the job earlier than expected - I've never had him keep my car due to a missed deadline. Lu will usually show you the issue, and then quote you options. If you don't want to fix something that he finds, it's up to you. He's also offered to use a variety of different parts depending on the repair. A couple of specific examples: - I went in for break repair a few years ago. My pads were gone, and had done some damage to my rotors. Lu showed me the damage to the rotors, and offered to fix with dealer parts, use an off brand substitute, or leave as is, and have them chew up the pads. I went with the full repair, but it was my choice. - I had a belt break yesterday coming off my alternator. Mildly exciting, I was dropping kids at school, and had lights flash on and lost my power steering. I came to see Lu, he had me fixed and out the door by 10:30 so I could go to work. While working the alternator belt, he noticed the A/C belt was also seriously worn, and offered to fix it. Cheap job, and I appreciated him offering. I'm happy to endorse Lu and was a little surprised to see some negative reviews. I think most are coming from the Yelp users that found him via cheap coupons in the clipper magazine. His loss leader offers are really good, but that doesn't mean his normal pricing is unfair. I've shopped around (and researched online) and I'm totally satisfied with the prices I've been quoted. A quick google search for any of the jobs will verify this - do the search on your smartphone while you are waiting if you don't believe me. I trust him and will continue to give him my business.

This place is fantastic. The food is delicious (I recommend the Slap Yo Mama burger) and the beer selection is the best of any restaurant I've been to. They rotate the beer list regularly, making this one of the few places I can go and learn about something new. Recommend 100%.
