It's not a game. She's wearing an Oculus Rift watching 3D video shot from a stereoscopic camera attached to an RC helicopter, flown around inside an empty parking garage.

My girlfriend has asked me to exchange something for her and I need to know if that location has it in her size. According to my phone log, I've called the number over 20 times this afternoon, over a period of hours. Here is the user experience of every call: "Thanks for calling Express at Flatiron, for store hours, please press '1.' To speak to the next available associate, please stay on the line. [5 second pause] Wait while I transfer your call [3 seconds of static noise] sorry, '0135-transfer-to-store' is not available. Record your message at the tone." Then there is no tone, it just disconnects and leave you with a dial tone. Erratic, a couple of times it did beep, but so what, how is leaving a message going to help? I left one anyway, but still. Useless. It appears they just have the phone line set to dump callers straight into a mailbox that is full, and disconnects you (like something they would do after-hours). But this, during business hours, in the middle of the afternoon (it is 6:15pm now, the store is open until 9pm). If I have to venture all the way across town just to find out they don't have it to exchange in her size, I'm going to be furious.
