Stay away! Our disgusting room had flies, gnats, and ants, and when I woke up this morning, I had 11 bedbug bites.
It's too bad we couldn't find a better hotel due to the marathon this weekend... you really get what you pay for here.
The old Asian couple that runs this place are the nicest. I can't remember the last time I had a shop owner in NYC hold the door for me. And most importantly, they did a great job of removing the extra links from my watch band for only $7.
Easily the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. With a line reaching the door, the 5 people on staff (noon 10/11/14) had zero sense of urgency or politeness. They were running out of most of the behind-the-counter food as well as some drink supplies, like the cardboard heat guards for your drink. Cyné (?) was the only employee mediating the situations with frustrated customers whose food or drinks were repeatedly forgotten or out of stock.
