So it's Thanksgiving in the US, and while I'm actually British, now seems as good a time as any to say a big thank you to everyone out there on Google+ who reads my posts, has me in their circles, engages with me, suggests cool and interesting stuff, posts entertaining, meaningful and though-provoking content, shares their enthusiasms, and generally helps make the day to day life of this work-from-home blogger far, far more enjoyable!

If you're celebrating Thanksgiving yourself, I hope you have a wonderful day surrounded by loved ones and amazing food. If you're not celebrating it, well, I hope you have the same thing too!

Well, technically, the first to celebrate Thanksgiving here were still British citizens.
So...Happy Thanksgiving to the British!! I hope you have an equally great day!
As an Aussie living in London, not to sure where I stand on Thanksgiving, but definitely agree on your thoughts re:g+. While generally a passive reader (call me shy) I have yet to see any other social network where I can both interact with the tech journalists I respect and appreciate so much and get intelligent, thoughtful conversation and debate on all manner of topics. And that is definitely something to be thankful for. Thanks Chris for keeping the tech conversation flowing on this side of the pond.
