Wow! I thought that I had done some crazy shit as a young man, but this beats all of that rolled into one. Thanks for the share, +R.T. Burke.

Many years ago I had a job that involved taking water samples from above the Southfork Dam. There was no boat access & the only road access was via a trail which led to a cliff above the dam. My problem was how to get to the middle of the reservoir to collect the samples. The dam is about 300 feet high & 700 feet across. I decided to swim a rope across the top of the dam,
build a raft & attach it by a pulley to the rope to make a sampling platform. I had to throw the raft building materials down the cliff then walk out on a wire & jump about 20 feet into the water. What could possibly go wrong?

I can't stop laughing at these. Well, eventually I did. I'm starting to wonder if +Gerri Bird isn't right about ranching. https://twitter.com/hashtag/bundyeroticfanfic?s=09

Back when I was a young man, I drove a taxi cab in my home town of Cobourg. I really liked working there, and if the money had have been enough to live on, I probably would have kept at it a lot longer.
Probably the thing I liked most about it was getting to hang out with Goldie, Faith, and their stable of Bull Mastiffs and Boxers. He was one of the most genuine people I have known, and I hope that he was still smiling until the end.
I was on a little Wikipedia wrestling tour last night and thought that I would look up my old friend to see if there was anything about him on there. I was glad to see that someone had chronicled this in a more personal way.

Well, another birthday has come, and I spent the early morning crying and reminiscing the time that the love of my life made me this beautiful birthday present. I love you, +Gerri Bird, and I always will. You make every day my birthday.
Dear True Love, If all goes well, I will have pulled off a pretty epic sneak attack on you. I’m sorry I have been lying (a bit) and sneaking around (a lot) to make this work, but I knew th…

Apparently we aren't the first to celebrate this, +Gerri Bird. 😉

Today marks the beginning of the end of winter's darkness.
Ancient cultures throughout the world have noted and celebrated the shortest day of the year for millennia. Here are six ancient structures that pay tribute to the winter solstice.

We celebrate the Winter Solstice which actually means something, unlike that phony Xmas bullshit.

We love going to this theatre compared to Belleville or Cobourg. It's quiet and much more affordable than the others in the area. We can let the kids bring a friend or two and it still costs less, after treats and such, than going to cineplex with just the four of us. It's our first choice for family date night.

I was looking for a place to have lunch while I waited and saw The Cheese Shop sitting there on the corner. I went in and was immediately impressed by the selection of cheeses and other sundries. When the lady told me that I could have a sandwich with any of the cheese that they had in the store, I was sold. My shaved beef with spiced gouda was fantastic, and the soft, fresh roll was the icing on the cake. I'll definitely be back.

I have used several different products from this shop. I have loved every one of them. The all natural, long lasting soaps are quite honestly the best I've ever used. My favourite is the Orange Patchouli, or as I call it, the Dirty Hippy soap. Yes, I know that soap and hippy aren't generally used in the same sentence, but patchouli and hippy sure are.

I've eaten there a few times and it was good on all occasions. Not the best, but really decent, and not overly expensive. A solid choice for Chinese food, as well.

Sebastien took some beautiful photos of my family on a beach session last year. They were beautiful. There were some absolutely stunning locations along the beach in Scarborough that really enhanced the photos. (As if my girls aren't beautiful enough.) It's true that we can never get the time back, but it sure means a lot that we can still look into the past and remember what everyone looked like. They truly are growing up too fast. Thank you so much for the memories of that time.

This company constantly spams my email, even after repeatedly unsubscribing, and reporting abuse. I have tried phoning the actual advertisers to complain about the spam, and it seems that that part might be working. I am looking into charging them with harassment, because in Canada it is illegal to send unsolicited emails to people. I have received no response from Dynamic, or Adrenaline Ads in regards to my complaints, so if you are thinking of advertising with them, get ready for some angry phone calls from me.
