Hey, can anybody recommend a good set of gloves to use for weight training?  I have been using gloves made by Harbinger - have tried the standard types and the ones with straps for the wrists, but they both 'bleed' dye onto the hands after use, and repeated washes turn the water in the sink black with the dye.

I don't want this stuff leaching into my skin - any recommendations for an alternative that won't stain your hands after use would be appreciated!

A very good read - thanks, Ray, this is great advice!
When I started working in information technology professionally in 1989, things were pretty easy in terms of choosing a direction to head into. At least in my area (South Florida), you went into one of the following areas: Network and systems management Database administration Software development Project management-related tasks (including QA work)

I completely agree with you there.  I often take the availability of power for granted.  Thanks for reminding me of that.

On another note, I seem to be prone to paper cuts so I like to try to avoid printed books.  Just yesterday, I opened a letter with a knife and ended up cutting myself with the edge of the letter...

Amazing environment - develops the whole person, not just focused on technique ( though the technical training is top-notch!). Total mind/body development. Supportive, non-competitive atmosphere ... great group of people - teachers and students alike ... I highly recommend this school - not only to learn martial arts, but how to actually live it as well ...

Went in on a rainy Saturday, and were very pleased with what we found. The food was excellent, the service prompt, and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable. We are going to have to go back and try the margaritas - they looked good! Try the Wolf - a Tex-Mex combination plate with enchildas, chili con queso, a beef taco and of course the obligatory rice and refried beans... yum!

Found this place using Google Maps - was glad I went! Situated in a mini-strip, this is a nice place to grab lunch and the pizza was really tasty! Sauce was good (VERY important for that to be good!), the Grandma slice was excellent, and the staff very nice. They have a small dining room (seats around 40), place was clean, food was good, what more do you need? Will be going back.
