Barrell aged Peoples Porter marinated pork medallions served with sweet potato chips, mustard greens and Peoples Porter demi.
Sexual Chocolate Torte with chocolate raspberry butter cream, chocolate ganache and chocolate whipped cream.
Each course served with an 8oz Foothills beer.
