Just finished applying for Google I/O lottery for 2014. I hope I get a ticket.  :-)

I've been playing with the #AndroidWear "Developer Preview" apis and it seems pretty cool. I specially like the fact that Google has a round skin for the UI. Can't wait to get a watch so that I can start playing with the real deal instead of SDK emulators.

No. I've just installed the preview and played with it a bit. It's useful for learning the API but from what I hear the API might change until the real release during Google IO. It's basically a notification system for your app. So when you have a message to the user on your phone not only is it appears on the phone but on the wearable as well. I haven't played with Google glasses yet but I'm guessing it's very similar to it as well.

I support this idea. I hope it gets implemented.

Just finished "The Amazing Spider-Man" #229. I have been reading this series for a few years now when I started with the #001 issue. It's interesting to see how the values and worries of society change throughout the decades. Comic books reflect society's values well. Makes for great contemporary escapism from a simpler era.

Just finished the second book in the #Foundation trilogy by #isaacasimov. The story is captivating and has some very good twists. I surely recommend it.

I like this watch. In my opinion this is the first wearable technology which actually looks good.

It's time a watch told you more than just the time. http://goo.gl/pQdeAM #Moto360

Great article about the internet's state of play in the USA. I just dislike the use of the "F" word in the title, but otherwise, great article.

Just finished #Hyperion. The first book in the series. What an amazing story. The right proportions of religion, fantasy and science fiction. No wonder this book was nominated for the #HugoAward and won it in 1989.

Amazing vintage coffee shop in Brighton. Great atmosphere and selection of sweets, cakes and pastries just like it was in the 30's and 40's.

Annecy is the most beautiful town in France. The view from this park to the lake is absolutely unforgettable during the summer.

Great tour during my last visit to San Francisco. Amazing how all those sailors lived for months at sea under such confined spaces.

Good hotel. Room was very nice, the amenities such as the bar, restaurant and main lobby were also great. My only disappointment was the breakfast buffet which was too simple and running low when we arrived.
