An update on Webmaster Tools

We've made the new Search Analytics report available to a random sample of our users .

Some of you might notice that they now have access to it in their Google Webmaster Tools account, under Search Traffic in the left navigational menu. If you're among the new testers, I hope you'll enjoy using the report. Let us know what you think in the comments,

PS: The new report currently has less than 90 days of data, but it will catch up in the next few days

Today is the day Google commence roll-out of the mobile-friendly update announced in February 2015.

Here are a couple of posts from Google Webmaster Central worthy of a quick read.

SpamScape is an open effort to combat Analytics referrer spam through algorithmic detection of new spammers as they appear, the result of which can be accessed via the free SpamScape API to improve your reporting.

This project has been created by High Position's +Simon Thompson and has already attracted a lot of attention.
