Always choose water instead of soda! Consistent consumption of soft drinks is the leading cause of tooth decay in older kids, teens and young adults. Sodas (even diet sodas) and sports drinks greatly weaken tooth enamel!

3 cups of Wheat Chex
3 cups pretzels
3 Cups Cheez-Its
1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoons onion powder
