We rehab just like you can! When your shoulder is injured you can use light weights (20-30%) with #bloodflowrestriction training to stimulate similar training effects as lifting heavy weights (90%).

MRI findings and Pain DO NOT always correlate. Here is a study that looked at a group of people WITHOUT hip pain. In a study of forty-five healthy volunteers with an average age of 38 years old who had NO history of hip pain, symptoms, injury, or surgery it was found that 73% of their hips had abnormalities, with labral tears being identified in 69% of the joints.

That means by the time we are in our late 30s majority of people have labral tears! Maybe this is just a NORMAL age related change.

The Runner’s World Shoe Testing Laboratory, headed by that biomechanical doyen Dr. Martyn Shorten, has just completely abandoned all terminology relating to running footwear segmentation in its test reporting. No more Neutral.. no more Cushioning… no more BLOODY Motion Control!!

"Our current approach of prescribing in-shoe pronation control systems on the basis of foot type is overly simplistic and potentially injurious." http://buff.ly/2mt8SNZ
