I'm glad to hear that it's not happening sometimes soon but nobody knows about the exact time of natural disaster.
By Ben Brumfield CNN (CNN) -- As tourists stroll between Yellowstone's 300 active geysers, taking selfies in front of thousands of bubbling, boiling mud pots and hissing steam vents, they are tread...

It indicates that; we as a human being; instead of verifying the fact; we follow the herd. Social media is the one who encourages us to share anything and everything available out there.

It doesn't mean there are no children like this photo in Nepal. They are not just captured in the camera lenses. The validation of what we speak, write, and share in the social media should be the social norm in order to understand the social fact.
Orphanages funded by well-meaning foreign donors can exploit children who should be reunited with their own families, or placed with new ones. And images are not always what they seem

I agree with the research. However, the first thing is in order for someone to invest in properties or assets, you have to have some money. Either saving from your pay check; obviously you will save more if you have a big check; or inherited from your rich parents. A company CEO and a janitor who paid unequally, CEO for sure increases his/her assets more than the janitor. Janitor will have less money to invest in the company stock or by the property he knows will have a huge value in the next decades.

What are your thoughts?
Wealthy tech founders and the automation of middle-class jobs are often blamed for increasingly concentrations of wealth…

We are so glad that our families are safe and secure. We are badly hurted for those who lost their loved ones and everything. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all in Nepal.

Great poem!

I think it's very practical. I will test it right away to see if it works and be right back.

Mother Nature is the strongest power in the world. Once again, Mother Nature choose Nepal to prove the fact even though most of us are already aware of it. It's very sad and devastating. However, I hope for the better tomorrow and a new Nepal.

Change is always good as long as it's a positive change.
Four years ago, I dismantled my life in New York and headed to a place where I knew no one.

It seems easy when we see the simple activities boost the happiness. I might need to focus on action.

Great to be able self checkout. We are a legacy Costco member. Only thing bothers about Costco is so much crowded. That's the reason why we got the sams club membership this year. It's pretty much relax and prices are competitive. We can use any Mastercard that gives us the better benefits. Gas prices is almost the same as Costco. The best part about this sams club is being able to self checkout and huge parking lot. So far enjoying the membership.

This is one of the best store in Salt Lake City when it comes to prices. I never buy their food. However, they have great deals with clothes, cell phone accessories, and kitchen stuffs. You have to find out the deals to enjoy this store. I just wish it's cleaner and more organized so that you don't necessarily need to spend hours looking something. Overall, Great prices and good quality stuffs occasionally.
