"This year, you'll be able to stick up for the right to read during an interactive feature of Banned Books Week which will take place Sept. 24 to Oct. 1.

For 2011, the American Library Association plans to roll out a special YouTube channel so that readers from all over the world can participate in video readings of banned titles.

Readers can select any banned or challenged book and excerpts can be two minutes in length. Videos can then be uploaded to the special channel to create a world-wide banned-books reading experience."
