Honestly I'd rather have slow classic muscle car than the 3-year outdated T&C.

Absolutley disappointed i purchased a 2011dodge grand caravan. I saw it online for 10995. When i went in to purchase the vehicle they tried charging me 13995 until i said no because it was online for 10995. They came back with 12995 i still said absolutely not...they finally gave me the internet price and then tried charging me a service fee of almost 800 for things the vehicle needed. I also did not agree with this im spending all this money on a vehicle that should be ready to drive of the lot...so they knocked off the service charge. I went to have the car inspected in pa from the place they deal with and was told that the seal was broken back the headlight which was gonna cause it to fail inspection but since we told the guy we were going to take it back to the dealership the guy past the inspection. We called they said we needed no appt come in it was covered. We did and when we got there they said they dont stock lights and we had no appt...so the young guy at the service parts desk said he made the appt for us....we went back in and was told that the appt was never scheduled. We were also told that they keep headlights in stock. So we go again tonight with an appt i leave spending 397....absolutley ridiculous i should not have been charged the manager also told us they can drill a hole in the headlight so it will drain...i will never purchase a car from them again.

I went to this dealership to look for a pre owned car. They showed me one with a ton of miles on it and the sticker price was $26k. They WOULD NOT come down to 20k even though I was offering all cash. After hours of going back and forth and practically being held hostage since they took the keys to my car (to inspect it as I was going to trade it) and started to prepare paperwork even though I hadn't yet agreed to the deal, I decided to leave. When I came home and started searching online again...I noticed that they had the SAME EXACT CAR I looked at listed for UNDER $20k. They sat there telling me how I'm basically breaking their back because I'm getting such a steal...meanwhile, they were trying to stuff it down my throat for a HIGHER price then what's listed online on MULTIPLE sites. And I don't want to hear that those prices are for internet appointments only because I DID make an internet appointment. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. I was so angry that I actually wanted to go back and show them the listing and see what explanation they can come up with. So seedy. They are exactly the reason used car salesmen have a bad rep. So dishonest. I'm so glad I walked out but their tactics are just so despicable. They make it so hard for you to walk out. Make you sit there for HOURS while multiple people try to convince you to buy. Then they have someone come by and pretend like someone else is interested in the car you want. But yet "you have first dibs". Then why show it to someone else if the car might not be available?? It's a tag team in there. I noticed another family that didn't want to make a decision on the spot and they were literally surrounded by reps who were trying to not let them leave. LITERALLY SURROUNDED as they were trying to walk out the door. Unbelievable. So glad I walked out as I later realized they were ripping me off. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Another dealership has the same car in the color I want with a FRACTION of the miles for less money. The only reason these people sell cars is because of their strong arm tactics. Period. And now reading the service reviews I'm so glad I walked out the door.

Was searching the web and found a dodge Dakota that I was interested in. Went there and was introduced to a sales person who was professional and pleasant. Kianna told me all about the truck - no purchase pressure, no hype. Being somewhat particular, I asked to see the undercarriage. Ten minutes later, I was standing under the truck. Thanks to her and the professional service from the rest of the staff, I bought the truck.

If you want to be talked about and disrespected the whole time then this is the place to be! The general manager RICK is such a jerk and talks to people like they are beneath him. Sales agents were making fun of people and talking crap about other employees and customers. Completely disgusting and appalling!!! I can not wait until I can trade my car someone else so I never have to do business with those jerks again!!!!

I wish I could give less than one star. I brought my wrangler in to have the ECM swapped out because mine had a fuse shortage and I absolutely had to get it done at a dealership. After searching everywhere for this apparently super rare part, I brought the computer in, Jeep replaced it, and I drove away happy. Only problem is - I never received the damaged part back. According to the employees at this dealership/service area, if you bring your own part in, they give you back your original, defective part. Well, it's been a week, and I still don't have my original part. I tore my Jeep apart, thinking they would've hidden it somewhere - nothing. I have been calling them every day, and every day I'm being told "Oh, I'll look for it and I'll give you a call back today." But guess who dodges phone calls and never calls me back? Coincidentally enough, the technician who physically worked on my Jeep AND the manager, Mike, no longer work there, so no one knows where my computer is, and clearly, no one is looking for it. Normally, I wouldn't care that I didn't get a broken part back, except when I ordered this part from a third party, there was a stipulation that I needed to send back the defective part, or I'm going be charged $300 from the computer exchange company, and my warranty would be voided. Such a headache - never coming back here again, never buying a Jeep from them. Ever.

Really enjoyed working with Dan P, he was easy to talk to and listened well, helping us leave with what we were looking for. My husband and I both agreed we would go see him again. Thanks again DP.

I can not describe how upset and disappointed I am about my experience at this dealership. I had spoken to Brian, the internet sales person, asking about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. It was a 2015 preowned vehicle with 19,000 miles. I was asking many specific questions. Asking how many previous owners there were, does it have a clean car fax, on and on, as this dealership is over an hour from my house and i did not want to waste my time. Brian even made a point to look at the paperwork and tell me the car went into service November 2014, the same paperwork that said the car had been in an accident, but he neglected not to tell me that. Is his goal to get you into the dealership period. Isn't that what a clean car fax means?? Brian said he had been working there 18 years. If it was up to me this would be his last day.

I called in advance and asked to see a specific set of cars because my wife and I had a babysitter and limited time. When I arrived we were greeted by what I can only assume is the sales Manager Hector who was not only completely unprepared for my visit but also ignored the research I did and gave the sales associate assigned to us a car I did not want to look at. In addition, Hector completely ignored the fact that my wife was there and did not acknowledge her. After walking around the lot for around 15 minutes we found a car within my parameters but was garbage and was sitting on the lot for 2 months and would not start. After we were done driving 2 cars that I did not want to look at Hector had the balls to say what is the problem. The only bright spot was my sales associate Roy who I feel sorry for because I would rather walk to work everyday then buy a car from that dealership.
