+Jeep has got themselves a pretty cool tune in the all-new #Renagade commercial.
Philadelphia: Jeep kicked off its North American marketing effort for the all-new 2015 Renegade on Friday with a 60-second commercial that features - Renegades -, performed by X Ambassadors and written by Sam Harris and Alex da Kid.

The #Chrysler300 makes big sedans relevant once again and even tips its hat, by way of a nearly identical color scheme, to a high-end interior that dazzled us last year: the $122,895 Mercedes S-Class sedan.
Cherry Hill Triplex: In a world overpopulated with giant SUVs, the Chrysler 300C Platinum reminds us how glorious big sedans can be, writes WardsAuto editor Drew Winter.

The service I received here was great. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I didn't feel like they were trying to persuade me to buy anything I didn't want and they were willing to compromise with me. I will definitely be recommending cherry hill Chrysler to anyone I know who is looking in the market for a new or used car. Ask for Dan. He's an awesome sales associate who really knows what he's talking about.

Great car and a great deal. Michael Sandolier, the salesman, did a fine job explaining the entire process. He provided many options that we could consider and helped us make an informed buying decision. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Response from the owner - 3 weeks ago
Thanks for the review, Bob!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I've had 2 experiences with this dealership, both revolving around the same issue. My check engine light came on in my 2013 Town & Country. Knowing I'm still under warranty I called Cherry Hill Dodge to take it in (I originally got my vehicle in VT before moving to NJ). Cherry Hill Dodge is closest to my home so I figured that it'd be easy to get to and get the fix done. I called, explained to the girl what was going on and that I wanted a evening appointment or weekend. She put me on hold....for 30 minutes! Came back and said she couldn't do weekends because they only check engine lights M-F. I said okay, Wednesday you have a late night can I come in after 4, she put me on hold for another 25 minutes. Came back and said they can only check the engine light between 9-3. WHAT?! Okay so after spending 55+ minutes, basically on hold, I told her no thanks. I took my car to the guy who changes my oil. He plugged it in and said the code was the oil sensor and I'd have to take it to the dealership because it's under warranty and he didn't want me to have to pay to get it fixed. So I call set up a morning appointment to drop it off and utilize their shuttle service to work. I call around one for an update, they say it's not going to be ready until 5pm. I ask them to have their shuttle pick me up at 4:30 to take me back to the dealership. 3:30 they call and say they're going to set up the shuttle to pick me up at 4:30. 4:30 comes and goes, I call, get put on hold for 10 minutes. He's on his way he'll be there by 5 they say. 5 comes and goes. I call they say he'll be there by 5:15. 5:15 comes and goes. I end up finding another ride and call to let them know to not have the shuttle come. No "we're so sorry", "we made a mistake with scheduling", just "okay" and she hangs up on me. SERIOUSLY?! I'm in the market, pre-approved to purchase a car, which I planned on doing this weekend, and I'd love another Chrysler but I'd never give them any more business then what I already have. I'll be going to another dealership for my purchase. Based on my customer service experience with this dealership, I would NEVER recommend ANYONE (not even an enemy) to give them their business. They have HORRIBLE customer service. Based on the reviews I see here, it seems pretty common. The one good thing I can say is that the fix didn't cost me a dime and they seem to have done it perfectly okay. But that's honestly not worth being a customer and being treated horribly.

I arrived a Saturday with no appointment found a car that I really wanted and was in love. I started my process with Sales Manager Giovanni and later paired with Salesman Sameron a new hire. I left satisfied. .. no money down, my trade in paid completely off, and the car of my dreams for now until I'm ready for a new one. This experience has been great from start to finish. A minor mishap took place with missing features in car which has been rectified. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but figured you can't please everybody and I had to see for myself. I wasn't pressed into purchasing a vehicle and would like to thank Giovanni for working with a indecisive person like me....

I bought a dodge dart 2014 from this dealer in March 2014. The car was great until 5 months later when my check engine light came on. I brought the car in to get an oil change and have them check the engine light. They came back saying that my oil censor had burnt out and that they will need to order the part. When I asked why had a part burnt out already on a brand new car? Their response was "it happens." We'll the part came in about a month and a half later. By this point my sunroof visor had become loose to the point that it would rattle if I hit a bump in the road or when I was making a turn. While they were replacing the oil censor I asked them to please check the sunroof to see if a screw was loose. When I got my car back and pulled out of the parking lot my sunroof would not open. I brought the car back in where they said "oh the fabric must have gotn jammed in the sunroof motor!" At least when I brought it in the sunroof still worked! Now I had to make another appointment for a month later in october to have them repair the sunroof. The verdict came back saying that they had to order a whole new sunroof because they couldn't fix it. Now we come to December 16th and I call to check on the part. They said no sorry we don't have it yet. December 25th I was leaving a family members house after celebrating Christmas, I got to the end of the road and my car shuts off while coming to the stop sign. Being that we were 2 hours from home on Christmas day my husband got my car to start again instead of calling a tow truck. 1 mIle down the road it shuts off again. It shows the battery symbol with all of the lights and electronic parts continuing to work but the motor just shuts down. We got the car to start again and we're able to drive it the two hours home. I went to work the next day with no issue but called the dealer to let them know what happened. They made an appointment for me the next Tuesday as my sunroof had come in as well. Well, on the way home from work the car shut off on me on an on ramp to Route 295. The dealer says to Start it back up and bring it in Tuesday. It shut off on me 2 times until then. I drop it off and get a rental car as they said that it would take 3 days for all the repairs. They called me day 2 saying they had 1) sent the sunroof back as it had been there for a month without response from me, 2) my car had shut off on me while driving as my car was too far past it's oil change and low on oil, 3) my transmission software was corrupt and had to be fixed. As far as the oil I was 3500 miles since my last oil change and the car takes synthetic oil-factor minimum oil change recommendation is 6,000 miles. so I pick my car up on new years eve, then wait until February for the sunroof to finally come in (6 months later). Got my sunroof fixed, drove my car for 2 weeks then one day my car wouldn't start. Waited about 5 minutes tried to start it again and it went on. Then the sunroof wouldn't work. Later that day got back in my car started just fine and sunroof worked again. I called the dealer and they said to let them know if it happens again. We'll about 2 weeks later my car started shutting off on me while driving again. At this point I was only about 3500 past my oil change again. I hadn't called the dealer yet and the same day I go to leave work, opened my sunroof and the car dies. Again the battery symbol appears. I got the car started 5 minutes later called the dealer and made an appointment for the following week. It shut off twice on me again. Again they told me it's the oil and charged me 90 dollars for an oil change. At this point my car is lagging and hesitating while accelerating and the oil issue will probably happen again. Nothing has yet to be done, the dealer is lying through their teeth (saying they offered to keep my car for three days to drive it and test it out-- in reality they offered to keep it over night I asked for a rental they said no and to bring it in the next morning to check the oil) to the corporation and I've contacted a lemon law lawyer.

Great place to go, friendly people, worked with me on servicing my vehicle and made sure it was fixed right. The tech even came for a ride to make sure they fixed it properly. Made me feel valued and explained the repair in a manor I could understand. I will be back for sure!

I had a bad experience with cherry hill dodge years ago, but, when I recently was in the market for a 2015 dodge challenger scat pack, I decided to give them another try since they are the closest dealership to my house. I went on a Friday and sat down with a sales rep. After describing the options I wanted, it was time to talk price. The sales rep and I agreed to $400 over invoice. The catch was I originally wanted to lease the car and the sales rep explained that banks don't traditionally lease the 6.4 liter engines because people were killing the engines and transmissions before they returned them at the end of the lease. So, I left the dealership and thanked the sales rep for his time. Over the weekend, after talking to my wife, I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I went back on Monday and sat down with Jose, one of the 'managers'. I explained that I had decided to purchase the car and began describing the options I wanted. Once again, it was time to talk the purchase price. I explained that I had already agreed to $400 over invoice and he indignantly told me they couldn't come close to that price. I quickly pointed to the sales rep that quoted me that price and Jose called him over. The sales rep confirmed what he quoted me and Jose 'admonished' him for quoting me that price. Now, I don't know If this was some sales tactic or not... But, I was very frustrated and simply picked up my ID and registration from the challenger I was going to be trading in and left. Within a week, after emailing several other dealerships in the tri-state area, Lansdale dodge agreed to do $200 over invoice for the same exact car that cherry hill dodge told me wasn't possible. In addition to this shenanigans, I had been emailing the online sales rep from cherry hill dodge prior to the dealing with jose, named von. I emailed him 2xs in the week leading up to being quoted $400 over invoice and he never got back to me. All and all, a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
