Love Letter is a tiny card game with some light bluffing mechanics. It plays very quickly with 4 players and is great to fill time in while waiting for others to arrive, or while waiting for your dinner at a restaurant.

Avalon is a traitor game very similar to the arguably more popular game “The Resistance.” While it’s mostly a reskin, the change in theme and the addition of a few key roles helps Avalon stand out in my mind. || via graycatgames.com #boardgames #games #gaming #avalon #merlin #kingarthur #medieval #bluffing #betrayal #theresistance #tabletop

Concept is a very interesting game with a premise similar to Charades, but without flailing your arms in the air. Commonly referred to as, "Charades for writers." It relies on your ability to convey ideas visually in a format that also doesn’t require you to draw.

Ticket to Ride is a really well-known introductory board game made by Days of Wonder. The mobile version is a great translation of a really fun board game!

Bragging rights
I've been blogging for two years. I was featured on Buzzfeed's article, "22 Tricks to Help Speed-Clean Your Home" on August 23, 2014. I was also featured on Greatist's, "60 Awesome Ways to Spice Up Boring Chicken Breasts" on April 21, 2014. Every fall, I run a special called 13 Days of Pumpkin where I post about nothing but pumpkin for an entire month, MWF (which comes out to 13 days).
