If you love the mountaintop view of the valley, this is the inn to base your adventures from. Overlooking vineyards & city lights, this modern B&B has touches of home, like a full cookie jar & Wi-Fi.  Five rooms, each with private, attached bathrooms are outfitted in modern luxuries like memory foam mattresses, jetted tubs and fireplaces, but no doilies.  We have captured the spirit of Oregon in the High Desert Suite, Oregon Coast Room, the Rose Garden Room, the Wine Country Room and the Oregon Trail Room.  Your adventures begin here.

Outstanding B&B, excellent views, delicious breakfast, and amazing attention to the details that really matter to guests. Great jumping off point for wine tasting, but also just a great place to get away from it all. Highly recommend the Wine Country Room with its jacuzzi tub!

We had a fantastic time. The views from the Wine Country room were amazing, the food was excellent (especially the rhubarb muffins), and the location was perfect. We'd highly recommend it!

The view was breathtaking. It was so nice to relax with a glass of wine and see the valley spread out below. The food was wonderful, both in taste and presentation. I felt totally at home and at ease. The staff was very helpful in recommending both wineries and restaurants in the area, all of which lived up to what they had told us to expect. I loved everything about it and will definitely be back.

Had a great stay! My wife and I had to go to Salem on Saturday morning and decided to make a weekend of it by driving into Oregon wine country. We made a last minute decision to stay at Chehalem Ridge B & B. It was one of the more reasonably priced places to stay in the area. There can't be a better view of the valley than there is there. The home is well kept and cozy. We stayed in the Oregon Trail room (the one without a view). It was small but had had everything we needed. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. There is a community television, but none in the rooms. I actually prefer this at a B&B. We just watched some Netflix on our laptop using the house Wi-Fi. Breakfast was pretty good the next morning. If I had any minor complaints it would be the the french toast was a little dry and the bacon a little to crispy. The host was pleasant and professional, but had an air of unfriendliness about her. Overall, it was a great stay.

What a beautiful spot to finish our honeymoon. We were treated to two delicious farm to table breakfast meals overlooking the fresh garden with spectacular views of the Chehalem vineyards. The service was excellent and the company fantastic. Look forward to venturing back on our next journey to Oregon.

You really can't beat the view of Chehalem B&B. Really quite incredible looking over the Valley. The breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were well-appointed, modern, and very clean.

Kristin was a gracious host and made us feel right at home. Several other guests were staying here while we visited, but it felt like we had the place to ourselves. We met another very nice couple at breakfast the following morning. They were traveling from San Francisco and, I felt like we were all equally impressed by the quality of food that was prepared. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the view. We had the Oregon Trail room - the one without it's own balcony and view of the valley. We were a little concerned about this when we made our reservation, but it was great regardless. We purchased a bottle of wine at White Rose during our tasting and had some chocolates from Portland. The common area's deck was perfect for a little night cap, dessert, and snuggling. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were on a two week vineyard and winery drive tour from San Francisco to Seattle. Chehalem Ridge B&B was a definite highlight of all the places we stayed along the way. Kristin's breakfast was exceptional and not to be missed. Our Rose Room was beautiful and lived up to the photos and our expectation. The setting is spectacular and only comparable to our many stays in the Tuscan Hills around Lucca, Italy. It is very convenient to a lot of wineries in the area. We only wished we had stayed more than one night for it was much to short. Stay here....you will not find a better place in this area!
