Chef Wilfredo "RANGO" started his career in culinary field at the tender age of 16. Aldough he already had the love and passion for the art of cooking that he recived from he's gandmother "Josefina",she tought him respect food and that the most important ingredients in a recipe is love. Chef "RANGO" after working ten++ years in restaurants he disaded to enroll in a culinary school, he attendent The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdade. where he tutor under Master Chef Klaus Friedenreich, futhermore work with celebrity chef Jean Pierre this give Chef "RANGO" the pedigree of excellency. . .
