Speaking of lemon: Recently, a friend of mine had me taste a cannoli from a new local Italian Bakery. There was a substance in the cannoli that was incredibly delicious, but I could not identify it. At first, I thought it was almond paste, or some kind of almond flavoring. Well, you guessed it: it was Limoncello. I never tasted anything like it. ☺
I made these. But I didn't have Limoncello. So I used Banana Schnapps. So freaking good.
