. What app are you using to take the HDR photos? Looking closely at the photos, they are all different, and presumably are the three photos at different exposures and the HDR photo.
When using Auto Backup, it should notice photos that have already been backed up and skip over them.
To answer your questions about Drive and Google Photos, the folder you see in Drive is just another way of viewing Photos uploaded to Google Photos (or Google+). The photos there are organized into folders by date that his hidden to you when you view them on Google Photos (if you've added the folder to Google Drive).
I do not know when you'll see all of your photos there, and that question would best be asked in the Drive Product Forum
It isn't possible to see where photos come from on Google Photos. On the Google+ Photos desktop site (access from plus.google.com/photos/yourphotos
), folders from Drive will appear as albums and have a Drive icon on them.
