...just wanted to have a bit of fun, so i started messing around with a few riffs that i had heard in my head in the car, but this time i decided to set the camera out for some of it (missed the fun piano parts at the end though). i even got out my saxophone for the first time in many many months. a little rusty, but such a refreshing afternoon. afterwards my whole evening was spent doing physics homework. then i quickly spliced together the video for you guys.

i think i'm going to make just sitting down and messing around every sunday afternoon a thing. no need to make things perfect... just hang out and play... and share it with you all :-)

...a while back, I felt inspired to cover one of my favorite songs, Hengilás by Jónsi. I think if ever there were a melody of hope, this would be it.
