2017 Winter Newsletter

Hello Everyone,

We hope you are having a joyful holiday season and are ready to begin a great 2017. Champlain Medical is thankful for your trust and support. We have a great foundation, a growing team and few additions to tell you about:

I am back full time as the Administrative Director working remotely and I couldn’t be more excited. With Josh and Beth’s blessing, I took a little time off to adjust to our family's move. I look forward to again helping you customize your company’s care, answering your questions and helping your employees continue to get timely, cost-effective, quality care and service. While you can reach me by phone by dialing the main number and pressing option 2, you can also contact me on my cell phone, which is 802-299-7001.

I also manage Worker’s Compensation as well as Direct Employer Billing for the office.

Lucy joined us last month and is our newest Medical Assistant. She is a recent graduate of the University of Vermont and has been a delightful addition to our Medical Assistant team of Catie, Laurel and Krista.

Holly Silver will continue to manage Urgent Care visit billing and Thalene Bates will continue to manage consults, referrals and prior authorizations.
Share File is our new secure file sharing and transfer service for our Employers. With this website you can view and download any of your employee’s documentation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is where you will find your invoices, work capabilities forms, fit for duty forms and more. You can access Share File directly from our website or by clicking on the Employer Portal button, directly above the Urgent Care tab. If you have any questions or would like us to reset your password please let me know.

Starting January 1, 2017, we will assess a 2% billing fee to any outstanding invoices over 30 days. If you have any questions about current invoices, outstanding invoices or collections please let me know. I’m always happy to resend invoices and approved documentation.

With our continued growth we are searching to relocate to a convenient location nearby. We are looking to double our space and add additional services. We will keep you informed of our progress.

From our work family to yours - we hope you have a happy and healthy holiday season! We look forward to caring for your employees in the New Year and for many years to come.

Thank you,

Kelly Curtis
