How often are you*screen free* - we switch off and disconnect from the web once a week on a Sunday. It's great to spend time just with the kids and each other whether doing something extra special or just working together in the garden.
A 48-hour break from the web, could you do it? What would you experience? What have you been missing?

The Very Hungry Caterpillar is one of our family’s favorite children’s stories. We’ve read it so many times that Big Brother {age 5.5} can recite the words without even cracking open the book. So I was excited to pull together a fun follow up activity for my kids: Very Hungry Caterpillar puzzles. Did you or are you enjoying your pregnancy? I didn't and I'm sharing why and the fact that it really is OK not to enjoy it and how had it is to feel the joy of wanting this child but hating every moment for whatever reason for all or some of the pregnancy.
Finally, I was pregnant. I was excited that we were going to have a baby, but was I excited to enjoy my pregnancy? I wasn't sure.
