Definitely not patient focused. Went to see one of their doctors (Dr Griffin) 3 times and he wrote a prescription that was supposed to be sent into my insurance company to be filled. That didn't happen. So, I called to ask that about it. Turns out he moved out of state and in order to get the prescription I have to know go see a different doctor. They didn't even have contact info so I could try to call him to have the prescription re-submitted. So, I'm basically out a couple of hundred dollars plus whatever the new visits will cost. What a scam!!! Definitely won't be recommending Revere Health to anyone.

I tried to log onto my account but I did not remember my password. I tried twice to reset it and both times a message said that an email had been sent so I could reset my password. I never did receive and email so I cannot reset my password! Very disappointing. I also do not like the fact that when I call my Doctors office I now am sent to a calling center. It has created a very impersonal relationship between Doctor and patient! You have to get past the gatekeeper and they have to relay a message to your doctor. What a hassle!!

I really like my doctor but the billing department is terrible! I was told not to pay any of my bills until of my baby was delivered only to get a letter that I was being sent to a collections company for money I owed.. It was the first I had heard of it. I got no bills, no letters, no calls, nothing saying we owed money and then they just sent us straight to collections. I was really mad!! Keep all receipts after paying bills and make sure to check your account online for any unpaid bills because they won't let you know if you owe money.

I had an excellent neurologist who joined Revere health after her previous organization failed. She has now become almost impossible to see. My last three appointments have been canceled by them and my next is two months out. I can't get my medication until I see her. This organization is interested in high production and not patient care nor their docs. Terrible outfit.

Feeling absolutely abandoned by this company. One of their doctors (Dr Griffin) gave me a prescription that was supposed to be sent into my insurance company to be filled. That didn't happen. So, called to ask about it. Turns out Dr Griffin had moved out-of-state ... and there is no way to get the prescription filled without going back in to see another doctor. Now I'm out the couple of hundred dollars from the previous visits and will have to pay for additional visits to a different doctor. What scam and lack of client-focus!!! Avoid Revere Health.

Only issues i have had are the waiting from the time of my appointment until i was actually seen by the doctor. My belief is that they take their time listening to and talking to their patients which takes them beyond their 15 minute schedules. For those who have time constraints this is an issue and therefore should schedule their appointments when they have more time available.

The worst billing department my wife and i have ever had to deal with. My wife has called to pay our bill and they can't pull up our account, so they still want us to pay but they have no idea where that money is supposed to go or what its being applied to. Then when we do feel like we are getting somewhere, we make a payment and then they send some other random number to collections that was "unpaid". Seriously the most frustrating group to work with. Its almost easier to just let it go to collections and pay the collectors instead of paying the actual people that are requesting the money. NEVERWANT TO WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

Horrible billing practices. Delayed bills, hold times greater than 15 minutes. They're real nice to you until it's time to talk money. Then all customer service goes out the window.
