A class action has been filed claiming PayPal sides against sellers in dispute resolutions. The suit filed against PayPal and its former parent company eBay, by California Attorney Anthony Ferrigno states that they "do not give sellers a fair shake in their dispute resolution". PayPal's website claims to offer "world class security for sellers". Ferrigno adds that “they have a policy, we think, the buyer is almost always right and the buyer almost always wins.”

Storing your unwanted items can cut into your retirement funds. In an attempt to declutter their homes, many are spending $300 or more per month to store their belongings. 1 in 10 Americans contributes to the multi-billion dollar storage industry. Donating items or disposing of items is often a better alternative. The top 10 categories being stored are "furniture, electronics, appliances, documents and files, collectables or antiques, vehicles, seasonal items, photographs, and books, DVDs and other media". Sometimes people may not be ready to part with items that they inherited from their parents. A financial planner recommends that those items and anything else that has been in storage for a year should be sold or disposed of.

Online sales now offer estate sale shoppers the opportunity to buy year round. The thrill of the hunt and the chance to come away with a bargain will have estate sale shoppers lined up at the crack of dawn for a good sale. The article’s author likes mixing her estate sale finds with contemporary pieces. She also loves a piece "that has a story to tell." Some of her favorite finds were a “Sea Harvest” painting from a "grand house", an oddly shaped monkey pod driftwood table and a whittled sea captain door knocker.

For around $3 million you might own a 1939 Frank Lloyd Wright house. The 1,200 square foot home that sits on a Los Angeles hillside is going to auction with a $2.5 to $3 million estimate. Jack Larson, who played Jimmy Olsen in the "Adventures of Superman," and his partner, James Bridges purchased and restored the home in 1967. They worked with Southern California architect, John Lautner to furnish the home and to keep a persistently leaky roof in check. Some of Wright and Lautner furniture in the home will be auctioned separately. The Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy has expressed their desire to have the furniture remain with the home. They hope that "there is a very enlightened buyer who will try to do exactly that."
