TASHKENT -- Uzbek authorities have confirmed that a popular TV anchor was killed and said they have arrested a suspect. In a statement on March 3, the Interior Ministry said that a 21-year-old resident of Zangiota district in Tashkent province, whose name was not disclosed, had been detained hours after Rakhmatilla Mirzaev was found dead with numerous stab wounds.
