I am one of the many people who has signed up to Social Bite's mass sleep out on the 9th December.

The aim of the sleep out is to help raise awareness of what it is like to be homeless. Their mission is to aim to change the way people think as well as raising money to help get to the root of the problem.

It would be incredible if you could sponsor me and my team for this awesome cause. Without wanting to sound like a Tesco advert, every little really does help in this instance.

Going away on holiday or travelling for work doesn't mean you need to stop exercising. So what if your hotel doesn't have a gym? You need exercises that are simple, require minimal equipment and maintains all the hard work you put in before your trip.
