Don't waste your time! Found a vehicle on a Friday and negotiated a price with Tim at the Hillsborough location. Even drew up paperwork. It had a front end noise that Tim assured me would be taken care of the next day. I waited all day to go pick up may car. Tim was very hard to get a hold of and the car wasn't back on his lot until 5pm. Drove to pick it up only to find the CBS repair shop didn't do a thing to it. Same noise, same problem. Tim told me that's the best they could do. He said it's been fixed when he can't even tell me what the problem was. I asked him to have the tires rotated since the two best ones were on the left side instead of in front (front drive). They did not even do that! If they won't even rotate the tires to sell the car how can I trust their free rotations for life claim. I would not recommend this dealer.

I'm not sure exactly what happened here, but I'll be checking in with the team to try and get to the bottom of this. One of the BEST car buying experiences that I have ever had!!!! Very friendly enviorment, no pressure sales, George Black and Tim Roberson were great in assisting me in my purchase. Without a doubt the best sales team out there. Very HAPPY with my purchase. Thank Yall!!!

The team at CBS were incredible. We had the opportunity to work with a wonderful Saleman named Eli. The service we received was impeccable, he was not to pushy which caused us to want to work with him all the more. Tim (fiance director) was also very helpful. I would recommend anyone to CBS. Thanks for the help guys!!!

While our experience did NOT involve purchasing a vehicle, it was a awesome experience nonetheless. Somebody decided to use my wife's van as target practice in the parking lot, and messed up the back of her van pretty bad. We were referred to CBS's collision center for repairs. One of the onsite managers (CW) looked over my wife's van, was able to send us a quote by the end of the day, and then was able to complete the job in less than three days (original estimate was 5 days). To quote Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty ... my wife is happy, happy, happy !! :-)

Very courteous and profession atmosphere. Everything was taken care of from the moment I walked through the doors. A very smooth transition from a damaged vehicle to a quality job well done on my Ford truck. I recommend anyone to use their services! I rate them with 5 Stars! My truck looks great!

Got this response from a sales associate after inquiring about a car and then telling them I found a comparable one cheaper to see if they would be willing to deal: Well, if you found one that cheep than you should not have contacted CBS Quality Cars. Never let a good thing pass you -if what you say is true. So basically I was told I shouldn't have contacted them (ridiculous) and than he implied that i was lying about finding a cheaper comparable car. Unbelievable.....

Bait and Switch. We looked up a vehicle on autotrader priced at $17,000. Showed up and they told me the real price was $18,500. Then they tried to add exorbitant tags, tags, dock, and dealer fees. So if you are looking to get ripped off then this is the place for you.

I know this response is late in coming, Matt, but it was never our intention to deceive. It sounds likely that there was a miscommunication when prices were changed on the website, but I can see how that would be frustrating after driving all the way out.
