I purchased my car from CBS Quality in Roxboro and to be honest it was a horrible experience the moment I step foot on the lot. I drove from Mebane after seeing a car online and I called to make sure it was there. 15 min before I got there I texted Jordan that I was on the way. Didn't mention until I was completely there that they had just sold the car... That was the first annoyance from this dealer. They showed me another car same model little older. My first impression was good from the car and Jordan said he would make me a good deal on the car. During the entire purchasing of the car they rushed every point of the sale. When I got back with the finance salesman it was for the full price of the car... Not the listed price online and the guy looked at me like I was the jerk when I got him to lower that. Jordan then after the purchase told me they would mail the tags and extra keys when they came in which was a lie because when they came in his response to me was "Yes but we had a policy change where everyone had to come to the store and pick it up" - exact text from Jordan. Also I had a few issues so far with the car that I immediately brought up to him. I told him that when I turn off the car it won't go into park until I turn the car back on and move it. He insulted me by saying. "And your making sure it's all the way pushed forward??" I responded and told him my other issue: "Yes I have to completely turn the car back on multiple times to get into park so it will stop beeping. " - me responding to his insult. And: "Also when I start from a cold engine I will hear and feel a scratch and my feet. " - me telling him about my other issue. That was May 26th and not a word from Jordan since. He made sure not to respond until after any Warranty was up. I will never go to CBS quality Cars in Roxboro again or a CBS quality cars in general. Overpriced and horrible salesmen.
