This is a really interesting point that +Britt Raybould raises. I think I am going to start losing time better. Trying to save it seems to cause me to waste a lot of it...

All #smallbiz  owners experience this. Here's a simple exercise you can do to figure out what is causing it. Good stuff from Rich Gallagher.

Describing why your business rocks can be really hard! I finally think I know why my clients get great results - we go deep. We work with the person AND the business. We roll up our sleeves. We get messy. And then we make an impact.

There are some great points in this post. Congratulations, +Ali Davies ! #productivity   #accountability

Excited to be included in this Fast Company article by Laura Vanderkam. Particularly honoured to be quoted alongside best selling author Gretchen Rubin on the subject of habits and change.
When your new habit falls by the wayside you can use that pause to reassess what you really want.

Help is a four-letter word - but not that kind. Great reminder from +Britt Raybould today on +Carol Roth 's blog. Save yourself time and money, ask for help when you need it. #smallbiz

Testimonial for Victoria Cook and The Center for Guilt-Free Success I started working with Victoria Cook almost a year ago after taking her Marketing Blueprint course. I got a lot out of it, and realized that I needed to be much more consistent with my marketing. I wasn’t doing it on my own. Victoria is very smart and gets me to commit to specific tasks by specific days so I stay focused and on track. I do this with my clients, but I needed someone to do it with me! I tease her that I pay her to kick my butt. She is a terrific coach with good ideas who will help you do the things you know you need to do (but somehow never seem to get done). I highly recommend her services to small business owners. Catherine Morgan President, Point A to Point B Transitions Inc. Career Transition Coach and Business Consultant

I love this place. The quiche choices and desserts are head and shoulders above what you normally find in a coffee shop. Fun, funky decor and cheerful service, as well as an excellent floor plan for working or meeting, make Metropolis one of my favorite coffee shops in the city. And I go to a lot of them!

I have been shopping here for almost 15 years. I can't say enough about the quality of the meat and the outstanding customer service I have received. I am treated as both a friend and a valued customer. Mark and Matt do a great job remembering my preferences. Going to Holzkopf's Meat Market is always a pleasure.

This place totally rocks. In New York, Peking Duck can be crazy pricey and here it is a doable fun event that can be enjoyed any time. Do not miss the seafood dumpling soup or the budget-conscious roast duck on rice. Sun Wah is one of my go-to places.
