Loving this post from Rich Gallagher. Something you know - but haven't really thought about. What are customers taking away from what you are saying?

I had such a good time yesterday at the Learn To Soar event sponsored by SCORE and Sam's Club. Good to catch up with +Carol Roth IRL. The social media strategies panel I was on was a lot of fun.

This was a really fun interview. Anthony Quinones and I talked about re-launching and reinventing yourself - whether in corporate or in your business. #podcast

Have you seen my talk from last weekend? The TEDx format is brutal - but I feel pretty good about my presentation. I would love to hear your thoughts.

Sometimes doing it yourself is fine. But sometimes it is a really expensive decision. #smallbiz

You really do only have one chance to make a good first impression. Some things to remember from Mark E. Goodman today on +Carol Roth 's blog.

Outstanding post and fascinating video if you are interested in this subject.

Is The Big Data Business Model Maturity Index the elusive golden ticket towards effectively harnessing the power of big data?

What’s the Big Data Business Model Maturity Index [Video]? http://buff.ly/1FtsYcZ   #Bigdata   #marketing
Information is an integral part of the success of any business organization and naturally, that’s why the mad rush to collect data has become a key focus for many organizations. However, more piles of data, data that’s often haphazard, inaccurate, or unstructured, isn’t likely to be of any benefit on its own. In order for marketers and/or business strategists to effectively use “big data,” they’re going to have to be able to break apart the data,...

Testimonial for Victoria Cook and The Center for Guilt-Free Success I started working with Victoria Cook almost a year ago after taking her Marketing Blueprint course. I got a lot out of it, and realized that I needed to be much more consistent with my marketing. I wasn’t doing it on my own. Victoria is very smart and gets me to commit to specific tasks by specific days so I stay focused and on track. I do this with my clients, but I needed someone to do it with me! I tease her that I pay her to kick my butt. She is a terrific coach with good ideas who will help you do the things you know you need to do (but somehow never seem to get done). I highly recommend her services to small business owners. Catherine Morgan President, Point A to Point B Transitions Inc. Career Transition Coach and Business Consultant

I love this place. The quiche choices and desserts are head and shoulders above what you normally find in a coffee shop. Fun, funky decor and cheerful service, as well as an excellent floor plan for working or meeting, make Metropolis one of my favorite coffee shops in the city. And I go to a lot of them!

I have been shopping here for almost 15 years. I can't say enough about the quality of the meat and the outstanding customer service I have received. I am treated as both a friend and a valued customer. Mark and Matt do a great job remembering my preferences. Going to Holzkopf's Meat Market is always a pleasure.

This place totally rocks. In New York, Peking Duck can be crazy pricey and here it is a doable fun event that can be enjoyed any time. Do not miss the seafood dumpling soup or the budget-conscious roast duck on rice. Sun Wah is one of my go-to places.
