My next 6-week Meditation & Mindfulness course starts this coming Tuesday evening (24th January) 6:30pm-8:00pm in Kew! If you're curious to give meditation a try and/or develop a regular home practice that is both enjoyable and sustainable, why not join me! This course is a gentle, practical and accessible introduction if you've never meditated before as well as an ideal way to kickstart your practice again if you have some experience but don't meditate as often as you would like. We will explore a range of different techniques enabling you to discover which one(s) most resonate for you. Each week you will receive a set of notes and a guided recording to practice with at home. In addition, every class ends with a longer, deeply relaxing practice (mats and blankets provided) so you'll float home to bed each week! Super excited to share the musings and illustrations of this fabulous lady in my latest Nature Nurturers interview. Meet Pip Compton! I met Pip last year as part of a mentoring program run by my friend +Kate James and was immediately drawn to her big heart & wicked sense of humour. Pip is an incredibly talented artist & graphic designer (check out her Intstagram feed @pipcompton) with an obvious passion for the natural world. One of the many hats Pip wears is that of designer for Tamsin's Table where I was lucky enough to celebrate a special occasion recently. Thank you Pip!
