Co-owner of Lingua Greca Translations
Introduction

Catherine was born and raised in Greece. She’s been a full-time freelance translator since 2001 and co-owner of Lingua Greca Translations since March 2012.

She holds a BA (Hons) in French & German from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. Her studies included 6 months in Cologne, Germany, and 6 more in Paris, France. When she returned to Greece in 2001, she also worked in the travel industry for 3 years while working as a freelance translator.

In 2006, she was awarded the Diploma in Translation (English-Greek) from The Chartered Institute of Linguists, UK, and in 2013 she passed the English-Greek (software field) certification exam from the Institute of Translation & Interpreting. Her working languages are English, French, German (source) and Greek (target) and she specializes in IT, Telecommunications, Medical/Pharma, and Technical texts. Check out her resume.
