Brannen Padgett is a new face at Catapult. He recently moved back to Lakeland with his wife and three kids from Austin, Texas to start Redemption Church beginning in January 2016. He has a heart for the city of Lakeland and the 82% of Lakelanders who are not currently connected to a church in Lakeland. The mission for Redemption Church is to be church planters. In his freetime, Brannen enjoys trying new local restaurants, as well as playing & watching sports, especially the Florida Gators. #MemberMonday

Dionne is a professional chef working on a pop-up restaurant concept she is calling Hitherto. This pop-up restaurant will not be bound by borders, but will take place anywhere Dionne wants to go. It will feature Caribbean, Southern, Italian dishes and more. Dionne also has a passion for young chefs in debt. She understands that starting out in the food industry can be tough so she desires to host several pop-ups in which all of the proceeds will go toward helping young chefs pay off their student debt. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, brewing beer, and of course cooking. Say hello to Dionne the next time you see her at Catapult. ‪#‎MemberMonday‬

Brad, founder and owner of Gypsy Juice is a new CoWorker at Catapult. He currently works a full time job, and is working on his startup on the side. The idea for Gypsy Juice came after Brad experienced numerous health problems. In the midst of those health problems, his friend introduced him to juicing. He quickly realized the many health benefits it provided and wanted to share it with everyone. The plans currently for Gypsy Juice are to work on the menu and mobile juice cart. From there, he hopes to be a mobile juice cart offering organic, taste forward, nutritional juice. Brad will be offering some free samples at Catapult periodically to get some feedback on his current juice flavors. ‪#‎MemberMonday‬
